The Red Mountain Reconnaissance

We couldn't get anyone else on this last-minute hike, so we decided to scout a route for a future Parrots hike.

Juli's boyfriend, Johnathan was up from the Bay Area, and learned that he doesn't like hiking.  
(Yes, as you would expect, he couldn't keep up with fit soccer players on the way up, as he is a college football player, and all they work on is sprinting.)
