PARROTS HIGH SCHOOL SOCCER, 2000

All 15 Parrots except Hillary played in high school.   Hillary played in middle school where her team won the Seattle Metro Middle School Championship.

12 players made varsity.  Ten started regularly. A 13th was moved up to varsity for the playoffs. 

The distribution of players was as follows (followed by post-season success, if any):

Danielle and Katie at University Prep (won State 1A Championship) 

Sophie and Juli at Roosevelt (lost in shootout in State 4A Championship Game)

Kelly and Teryn at Lakeside (won State 3A Championship)

Kat and Aleah at Eastlake lost in league playoffs

Lisa at Mt Rainier (lost in State 3A quarterfinals)

Alex at Mercer Island

Ritz at Marysville

Steph at Ballard (lost in league playoffs)

Dabney at Seattle Academy (lost in league playoffs)

Jessie, who was still recovering from a knee injury, played on JVC at Seattle Prep
