Here the initial scan without ICE dust removal software.

 

Here's the version with the ICE dust removal processing (which takes 20-30 seconds longer on our older computer).

 

There is a Kodachrome setting which I initially didn't notice, but have used with Kodachrome since.   I used it on the slides on the other page.   The setting above is the one used with most slide.   Clearly, it doesn't make that much difference.

 

And here's a version using the grain and faded color enhancement processing.  

 

I haven't worked on this slide yet with Photoshop Elements, but I would lighten this up a little.
